Providing detailed information about our customer care policy is crucial to build trust and reassure our users that they can engage with us confidently.

Eligibility & Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use EX-IM.

  • Users must provide accurate business details and undergo our verification process.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must report any unauthorized use.

Platform Usage & Responsibilities

  • EX-IM provides matchmaking services between importers and exporters but does not guarantee successful transactions.

  • Users are solely responsible for negotiating terms, agreements, payments, and deliveries with their matches.

  • You agree not to use EX-IM for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.

Verification & Trust Policy

  • Users may be required to submit business documentation for verification.

  • Verified users receive trust scores based on activity and ratings.

  • EX-IM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity is detected.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

  • Disputes should first be resolved amicably, but if unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration in Singapore.
